A research and seed site specific to the development of housing in Western Canada that reflects the Gay, Lesbian, Bi-Sexual and Transgendered community interests and values. Our initial focus will be on the mature GLBT population of 40 +.

VISION

We know that you want it! Now we need to know how you want it. Through our blog, Facebook group, web surveys, and in conjunction with other research, we intend to engage the GLBT community in discussions that will form the basis of future developments of GLBT housing in Western Canada.

As a gay-operated venture, we will ensure that our developments are places that you want to live in and where your needs are met, as those needs evolve. We believe that building a community can allow people to stay authentic to who they are and get the support they need well into old age, and remain healthier because of it.

Our initial purpose is to develop full service community housing specifically designed to meet the needs of the maturing GLBT population.

It is our intention to turn the research findings into a development plan within 2 years and an actualized and fully realized development within 6 years.
